Rossleigh Music is an independent music publishing company established in 1982 and run by Derek Hobbs. Based in Northumberland, Rossleigh Music mainly publishes Derek's original compositions and arrangements. The catalogue specialises in traditional music of Northumberland, as well as a variety of vocal and instrumental works, and the Keyboards Plus series.

Derek Hobbs is a local composer and musician, whose works have included the hit Christmas musical 'The Greatest Show on Earth' and more recently, the cantatas 'Fell 'em Doon' and 'With the Ebb and the Flow'. As an arranger, Derek produced 'The Piper's Companion' series, an essential part of any Northumbrian folk musician's collection. He has recently completed commissions from the National Schools Band Association, the Cobweb Orchestra, Darlington and the Dales Youth Orchestra and the Associated Board - the latter having included music from Keyboards Plus in their trialling of the Music Medals scheme.
